Ever wonder what it would be like to attend boot camp without actually being required to join the service or are you just looking to tone up before bathing suit season or just looking to change up your routine? If you answered yes to any of these or just want to check out the class then join us for a six weeks of 12 sessions of Boot Camp Challenge. Your instructor will drill you through push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, running, and much more! This is a series class for individuals who want to have fun but still be challenged.**Limited Class Space Available**

Step (Classic)
Step is a true foundation for many of todays aerobic classes. Instructors use choreographed rhythmic aerobic routines which are performed using a small portable platform. Step offers moderate to high intensity with changing patterns and routines.Step & Sculpt
Classic Step combinations for the first 30 minutes of class for a great cardiovascular workout, followed by 30 minutes of strength, toning and abdominal exercises for a complete body workout.Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
This class provides a full-body sculpting and toning workout. Workouts focus on major muscle groups. Think of it as personal training as a group. Teaching focuses on proper form and technique.Yoga
The idea of this yoga class is to create balance in your body by developing strength and flexibility. This willbe achieved through holding a series of poses.
Running Club
Do you have the desire to become a runner? Join marathon Runner Amy who will assist you with your running dreams. The Running Club is held in six week formats, two runs per week. First meet is held at the Bella studio to receive run schedule, all other meets are held on off site locations. Runners may use the locker facilities at Borgata Fitness Club before or after runs.Cost: No charge for Bella members
